With over 35 years of hands-on experience in real estate development and infrastructure investment and finance, partnership and business case development, corporate/financial management and control, deal structuring, commercial contract and loan negotiation, Ivan is a valued advisor for major domestic and international companies, particularly when construction delays and defaults create critical issues that require troubleshooting and solid solutions to move projects forward.   

Darin has over 25 years of industry experience and applies his technical, managerial, and leadership skills to a diverse range of projects including institutional, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.   He ensures projects are delivered safety, profitably, on schedule and on budget, and in accordance with our client’s objectives.   He is a firm believer in team building and collaboration.  In addition, Darin provides senior leadership and strategic planning for the Building Division of JV Driver Group / IDL Ventures, for three GM/GC firms located in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and one located in Arizona, USA.

Peter is a highly regarded and successful industry leader with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. As President/CEO where he was responsible for the overall operation and resourcing, including making strategic decisions with respect to the award of contracts, allocating project resources, and implementing short and long term strategies to support the organization’s vision and mission.  Peter is well-known and respected in the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) and has received numerous rewards and certificates of achievement.

With over 35 years of construction experience, she has a proven track record of successfully completing complex projects in residential, institutional, commercial, retail, and health industries across Canada. Her calm, pragmatic approach keeps projects on track regardless of any challenges, while she consistently ensures project teams are productive, synergistic, and safe. Brenda is a role model and mentor to our team, ensuring staff are always appropriately prepared, and consistently delivering excellence.

Larry is a seasoned construction expert, serving in various positions from VP Construction to President of major construction companies.  Larry has extensive project management expertise building residential projects, hotels and office complexes and all aspects of development, construction and maintenance along with extensive leadership and supervision management skills to successfully deliver projects.
